We print your artwork in the best quality, 4 color CMYK process ink with UV curing. This ink is super-durable, won’t rub or fall off when touched. Our printers are calibrated according to SWOP, but because no two digital printers are exactly alike, we cannot guarantee a PMS match. If you are worried about missing a proof, here are three ways you can check the quality of your design before making a full run.
Color Test: You can take a color test to find the exact shade you are looking for with our color sampler. If you can’t find the color you need, just chat with one of our customer service representatives and we’ll see what we can do.
You are a rewriting assistant. Order a box of 1 for a proof. This will allow you to see your art printed on the actual box and will be the most effective way to see your artwork in print. Turnaround times will vary. Tell us if you have an urgency, and we’ll include it on your order.
Free Print or Blank Samples: For those that just want to feel the print and material quality or you just want an extra blank included with your proof order, please add a sample mailer box to your cart.

We value our role in supporting green and sustainable practices. We buy raw materials from suppliers certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), the largest single forest standard in the world, through rigorous research. Each mailing box we produce is made with at least 50% recycled material.
All of our custom boxes are printed and shipped from our facilities in Terre Haute, IN. We use UPS Ground as our standard carrier. Boxes are packed in corrugated cartons no larger than 50 pounds each. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
