Do you offer free design assistance?
Yes! Upon placing an order, we provide free design assistance to our customers. Our designers will be happy to assist you with your box design.
Can you print inside and outside of the box?
Sure! We are experts in the customisation of boxes, and our experts will make sure to complete all of your required/requested specifications. We can do either way, only outside printing or inside & outside printing as per customer requirement.
What file type do you require for the best printing process/results?
The file types we require for printing are EPS, PSD, PDF, AI, or CDR format with 300 dpi resolution.

Is it possible to modify the Box Design after placing an order?
Once the customer approves a final digital PDF proof by email, the order has been placed, and after that, our team will start working on the order. The initial setup needs to be developed, and after that, if you want to change the design, it is possible, but it may involve some extra charges depending on the order status.
Can I send you our custom artwork/design for the boxes?
You can send your design files by email at sales@sharpcustomboxes.com, and after that, our design team will design your packaging boxes accordingly. But if you don’t have any ideas, you can still share your thoughts, and we will take care of them.
Do you have samples/die-lines available to offer for quality Checks?
Yes, we have digital and physical proofs/samples of our most recent printed boxes. Instead, we will also show you a digital mockup of your box design/template for approval.
